Return and Refund Policy
- International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- In the event of a defect, drastically different color, or incorrect item received, kindly email us at fabaccurate@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Please refrain from requesting returns via WhatsApp.
- Customized orders can only be returned if there is a major defect. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect to fabaccurate@gmail.com.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of approval.
- Discounted products are not eligible for returns unless an incorrect item has been delivered or a major defect is present.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in its original condition.
- Returns are not accepted for fabrics that have been cut.
Replacements:
- Replacement orders will be processed within 8-14 days upon receipt of the return.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, the refunded amount will be credited in the form of a coupon code, valid for future purchases on our website.
- Refund processing may take approximately 8-14 days. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in the original payment method or as a coupon code for COD orders.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before the fabric is cut by contacting us at fabaccurate@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the item has been cut, shipped, or delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
